What are some of your favorite teaching resources on missions?
The best resource for teaching about missions in the local church is the Bible—taught properly. Showing our people that God made image-bearers who would reflect His glory, that were to be fruitful and multiply and fill the whole earth with God's glory.
And since the fall, because we in our lives tell a lie about God—we don't reflect the truth about Him—Christ has come to redeem us, to be renewed in His image in true righteousness and holiness, and to spread that gospel across the earth so that there are image-bearers across the earth who are telling the truth, reflecting the glory of God. That's the first way.
Other resources that are out there: books like Adoniram Judson's story, To the Golden Shore, or John Paton's autobiography. I would largely really point to biographies or autobiographies of missionaries as the best resources to be reading for the sake of the young people in the church.
