Who should attend the 2026 Missionary National Conference?

The Missionary Conference is for every Christian. From missionaries, pastors, and church leadership committed to following the Great Commission to individuals who are curious to learn what Christ’s command to “Go” really means, this conference is for you.

Can children attend?

Absolutely! Children 13 and under can attend the conference for free. We do not provide childcare, but children are welcome in the plenary and breakout sessions.

What’s included with my registration?

  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Admission to special late night events
  • Entry to the exhibit hall and Ligonier discounted bookstore
  • Complimentary resources from conference sponsors

Meal tickets are available for an additional purchase during registration.

Are there discounts for church leadership?

Yes! Churches that partner with us receive a 30% discount for their leaders and congregation. We’d love for you to join us in partnership.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change. To request a refund, please email events@missionary.com:

  • To receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee, send your request by June 16 at 5:30 PM EST.
  • For cancellations made between June 17–August 17 at 5:30 PM EST, you’ll get 50% back.
  • Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for cancellations made after August 18, 2025.

Please allow up to 60 days to receive your refund. If the event is cancelled or capacity is reduced, we’ll issue refunds accordingly.

Will there be food and refreshments available?

Coffee and refreshments will be offered to all attendees throughout the event. Meals are available on campus through individual purchase at the food trucks or with the conference meal plan for an additional cost.

The optional meal plan is available at registration. It includes cold lunches and hot dinners served on campus each day of the conference, scheduled between sessions. Pricing details are shown at checkout.

Will there be a bookstore?

We are delighted to partner with Ligonier Ministries, who will provide a carefully curated bookstore at the conference. You’ll find a wide selection of resources, from theological works and missionary biographies to devotional materials, that will help you grow in your love for God’s Word and His global mission.

Is the venue ADA accessible?

The conference venue is fully ADA accessible, with accommodations in place for guests with mobility needs.

How do I apply as an exhibitor?

Our exhibit hall will be a room of selected partner organizations.
